The FriendShip® "PS" Package Shipping system is a Windows-based, multi-carrier shipping automation system. It supports electronic manifesting, EDI transmission of package level detail (PLD), custom compliance labeling, 2-D MaxiCode & PDF-417 bar codes, integration, and multiple carrier "rates & services" comparison. FriendShip "PS" is a single station, turnkey system that can easily be adapted to your shipping department needs. Various software functionality is available via add-on carrier rates, features, modules, and peripherals. Systems are offered in an economical 400 series or a more advanced 600 series.

The FriendShip PS400 series is designed for the low volume shipper that would like to take advantage of the cost saving features of an automated system. It comes standard with the FriendShip PS400 series software, computer, 70lbs, 150lb or 250lb commercial scale, and report printer. Basic UPS and USPS carrier rates & services are included, with options for FedEx and RPS.

The FriendShip PS600 series is designed with many more standard features. In addition there are add-on advanced software modules and host applications "integration" options to adapt the system to your more sophisticated shipping needs. The system comes with the FriendShip PS600 series software, computer, 70lb, 150lb or 250lb commercial scale, high-speed report printer and remote diagnostic software. The PS600 series software includes basic UPS, RPS, FedEx, and USPS rates and services. Options include DHL, Emery, Airborne and custom programmable rate keys to support local couriers or LTL's. The PS600 series is MAC Certified by the USPS for mail manifesting and Delivery Confirmation certified for electronic file processing. It also supports USPS Work Sharing Discounts via the BMC/ASF systems. The FriendShip PS600 series is the perfect management tool for the medium to high volume shipper/mailer or for any shipping department with priority demands on accessing shipping and handling information.
